The Ignorant Senor(ita) - Update 12/2010
The Ignorant Senor(ita)
Well, I happened to go to this blog the other day (that I use to follow off and on) and I see that he/she is almost in the same boat I am. Though a bit different. Blogging off and on, but he/she has some issues about coming out from his/her anonymity, maybe, again.
Fuck me Readers - That recent blog post on why, how come and what would - was like the terms and conditions on the back of the credit card statement! And talk about beating a dead horse - over and over! I get it. Your Readers get it. You obviously have issues about yourself and can not see them.
As Nike indicates - Just do it! Or shut the fuck up and move on.
Although, I do keep my friend's names classified. Those names are just as confidential as the nuclear missile arming codes. Although, I think I have posted a couple of pictures of my friends.
Anyway, he/she wrote a fucking epic post on why he/she keeps everything "secret" Believe me, I can understand and relate. But, then he/she wrote another epic post on what if he/she came out.
Though what I have read is no different from any other person's life and relationships. Your stories and relationships are not unique. But of course, other people's stories, lives, events are kind of interesting to read if you are looking for other things to learn, know, explore or just follow. Your friends are no different than my friends. I have friends that do not get along with certain other of my friends for what ever reason. I too have some cheap skate friends that do not tip 15%. I have friends that I desire. I have thought dirty thoughts about a couple of friends I have - come on who hasn't. I have friends who mean the world to me, but I never told them that.
I can write, spell, use big words, but I do not do that all the time. I mess up my sentence structures from time to time. I use the word their, when I should have used there. I try to type correctly and most of the time I will proof read my blog posts for grammatical errors. And I try to write more than a few sentences when posting. Though, I am not going to write a 3,000 word essay on every blog I post.
I do not think I have blogged about specifics of my sex life. I know I mentioned a couple of intimate desires, thoughts and things, but nothing about a specific sexual encounter I have had. I will admit that there is a desire to write about a sexual encounter I have had. Yet, that is personal. Excuse me Readers, I am smiling as I am typing this since I know that most likely will - I have planted (blogged) that thought and now that will probably bounce around until I do. And should I - I will tell you Readers - The aroma of her fragrance, the clothes she wore, what she was not wearing, her body, the way she looked, her lips... Whoa. I better stop.
I understand the Ignorant Senor(ita) being in their twenties, thinking they are more mature than they are. I will not argue. Matter of fact, I thought that way when I was in my twenties. I lived the life of a twenty something. I did all that. and more, I bet.
I also tell you Readers that I am flawed. I am an asshole. I am rude. I am pissed off. I was wrong. What he/she has not told his/her loyal Readers that he/she is none of that. He/She does not not say that.
I have told you Readers alot of myself, which if I knew you in person I would never tell you all of this. And if you know me and did Google me to find out what/who is Mr. Charley, I could care less. I know what I post is out there for everyone to see. You Readers have seen my nipple(s), probably seen a few butt cheeks, the type and color of some of the underwear I have. I am not embarrassed or ashamed. I blog like how I feel / act. My friends know that I blog and I have provided a few of them the link. I have told you Readers what turns me on about a woman and what not.
Again, the only thing I do keep secret is my events/interaction with certain friends. And yes Readers, the friends that I do write about on certain situations, I often give them their "codename" on my blog. They laugh and ask how did that name come up, but I really do not know. Bobbie Rae is Bobbie Rae, I actually believe if she was not who she is today - she would be a Bobbie Rae from the South. LaMont was used because of Sanford & Son - which me and friend just smile and laugh about since he is so not Lamont. hah hah. Pssst - yes Readers - he is so a Lamont.
What I do not do on this blog is gossip or talk shit about on my friends. It would be easy, I bet. But this blog is, and never, will be about that. I do gossip in my real life, yes I admit that, and do talk shit. We all "hate" or "dislike" someone else for whatever reason and I could blog about those people, but I feel that is wrong. But I do blog about the people I "hate" who ask me "what time is it" while waiting for the bus, while I have my earphones in, which he/she can clearly see.
Readers, I think this blog post is getting too long now. Anyway, I am not making a point, but this recent blog from the Ignorant Senor(ita) was about his/her secret identity, relationships and life. Again. Oh yes, again and again. In the beginning of his/her first blog was the reason why for the blog. Then, throughout he/she still has to bring up a few reasons why he/she can not divulge his/her identity and his/her friends. Matter of fact, his/her friend's names are not even fake names. An Example would be like, "The fuck up," "The Coffee Drinker" "The Canon Powershot picture taker" "The 5th time unemployed friend" etc. You get the idea Readers.
In closing, I could not read every word of his/her recent last post. It was the same story again. And the same analytical breakdown on why he/she can not come out from his/her secret blog. And once again too fucking long to read and think this is interesting (for the umpteenth time)
He/she has not blogged about about committing a crime. Well, he/she did blog about getting so drunk and passing out on a front lawn - so that would be the crime of public disorderly. He/she has not blogged about sleeping with a CEO/President that would / could create a scandal. I think he/she is worried about what his/her friends would truly think of him/her if his/her friends, that he/she does calls friends, could put a real person with the Ignorant Senor(ita) blog. Or he / she is really worried about all the things he/she said about her friends on the internet. Not down and out bad, but carefully written that he/she is better than everyone else in a nice condensing manner.
Sorry Readers, I can not stop typing - Again, that Tipping and the Ignorant Senor(ita) had with a couple of years ago. He/she has some serious issues about tipping. I do myself, but would not blatantly point that out who specifically did not tip 15 % on my blog with my friends. If he/she is worried about not meeting the 15% unwritten rule to tip (though not unwritten at some restaurants these days) after a friend's get together meal then leave extra. Yes, you should not have to, but shit happens. Some people do, some people don't - who are you to say that is wrong. And to make sure that you never have to leave extra tip do not go out with them again for a meal, except fast food (where we as a society do not generally tip fast food employees)

Another Co-Worker from my Past
And another co-worker from my past as come into my life from the life of my Tele-Communications Inc. days.
This time the contact was initiated by my former co-worker via email. I guess I need to give you Readers a bit of a back story (and it does not matter to me to whether or not you Readers need to know).
Although certain Readers would say I am once again doing the stalking. Not. Then again, you Readers are entitled to your comments.
Flashback - About two years ago I was curious about Match.com. I joined up since it is free. Free meaning that you can look, search and set up a profile. Otherwise, in order to email or to receive emails to others on match.com, to see who is looking at your profile and other things you need to pay to get access to do those things on match.com.
Depending on how many months, what you want and etc, the cost could be as low as 26.00 a month or as high as 120.00 for six months. Granted, match.com does run specials from time to time and that is where it brings me to the point of the story.
There was/is a special for 25% the price of any type of membership you choose.
With that I decided to do the 6-month plan -roughly $ 75.00. Depending on your point of view that is a good deal or a waste of money.
Present - Well, about a few weeks ago I received an email asking if I was the same Daryl that she knew back in the day. Sure enough when I looked at her picture 13 years later I could see the face that I knew back in the nineties. I read the profile and was kind of amazed on what I read. No need to tell you Readers. Could be a mute thing to notice, but to me it was like "wow." without the exclamation point. Perhaps she read something in my profile that made her go "wow." without or with the exclamation point
I wrote back after getting her email and confirming that this was the same person that she worked with. I sent a short email asking a couple questions and gave her my personal email address.
Sorry Readers - I did not give her the blog email address, but I will. Unless, she decides to search the Internet then I am sure that she would eventually find this blog. There is no first impression, but I wanted to get the feel on what she, or even I, want to know about each other. We were good friends and did talk to each other about life beyond just work at the office on the 9th floor. Although, I do not think we were close good friends since she knew the same person I dealt with and to be blunt despised. Oh yes, I was 13 years younger and thought like someone who would call me the rudest person he/she has ever known. Young, dumb and full of c--"
I digress Readers. We both told each other that we would not date each other since that is not the real reason for contact. She wrote her reasons why and for me I wrote the reason why since she does not fit my type, which was one of the questions I asked her on how she found me.
Anyway, I did write back and now I am trying to find some time to write up a brief re-cap from 1996 to the present. I obviously do not want to tell too much or too little. From there I will gauge on how much we want to catch up or if this is like a "good to see you" thing.
P.S. Do you Readers my updates about the Ignorant Senor(ita)? I am still following that blogger and I have to admit it has been kind of dull - until the past two weeks. Anyway, I just reading the other day that the person that he/she was interested is gay/a lesbian. I am sorry Readers - it is not funny, but it's funny since the prior blog entries made by the ignorant senor(ita) showed how he/she just ate up the nice things about what the person did for him/her at home, at work, going out together, etc. Not to mention, the supposedly clues that were there but never he/she noticed before. But the reason why I find it funny is that he/she had mentioned that he/she this person's garbage and saw some empty fast food trash and thought to him/herself (and this is not a direct quote) "Oh that's so cool he/she eats at the same place I like to eat. We have that in common. That's just so cool."
I guess one could say that about me and the Qdoba girl, but I do not think I have ever thought that sort of thinking about the Qdoba girl. I do not even think that I ever wrote that "it's just so cool that the girl I like works at my favorite place fast food place I like to eat at." I did lust after the Qdoba girl, but I am not sure if I was looking for something "to relate to" with the Qdoba girl. My beginnings, and perhaps ending is that I just wanted to get to know her and see from there. Then again - I do not know. And may never know.
P.S. Readers - I needed a picture for the blog post so I decided to show you Readers the person who I named my new Mountain Bike after - Lily.

May Day - Popeye's Day
I am going to designate today as Popeye's Day since I did wear the new bike jersey today. Also, I just wanted to show off to you readers one of my new bike jerseys. As you can see the bike jersey does look beautiful on me and fits pretty well. Not much else I can say on this topic.
Alright - Guess what!? No really! Guess what?! The Ignorant Senior(ita) has gone public. He/she is back to non-private. Nope readers, I did not get to read what has been posted in the last two or three months since he/she went private. Though, I did look at the number of post and those were few and far in between. Anyway, I am going to try and catch up what was written and see what fucked up views he/she has of his/her 24/25 years on Earth.
The Ignorant biker - Hmmm. Nothing going on there. I am thinking after 8 months (I am unsure readers of how long they have been biking) that perhaps they are now becoming seasoned riders (minus one since he/she decided not to ride to work since it was just at the beginning of the double digits walking distance to work.
Let me see, the other bikers have been doing well - a lot less complaining, but a lot of... a lot of... how could I say this... a lot of... never mind. Let me say this way - I am lot less on the opposite side of disagreeing or shake my head in amazement/wonder/stupidity/sadness
Me? - Sure as shit - I am still complaining about this and that. Looking at the women I see that catch my eye. Shaking my head in wonder on some of the things I see in the world. And continuing by hopefully making my blogging interesting to you readers - especially this year.
And in general - thank you for reading/dropping by.

I'm not Anonymous
Attention Sil vous plais! The Ignorant Senor(ita) blogger is going private. You should read the reason, excuse me, the reasons why. I will try and list a brief re-cap if I can.
However - I am not anonymous. I have no reason to be. I like signing my name after each post. I now like showing you readers pictures of me (me - pictured on today's post) . I'm in the search engines, I am known. Period. I tell it like I see it. Or the way you should see it.
I give anonymity when talking about anything related to work, but that is very, very rare. Even on the rare occasion it is about a co-worker and I have label that character "Lamont" and even told my co-worker his code name and also their is a "Bobbie Rae." I do not talk about as co-workers, but as pawns in my adventures with them.
Beyond that I have been honest about me. I have kept my actual location (street address) and parent's place (no address) out of my blog. No need for any of you bloggers to find me out of anger or repercussions.
I do talk about this and that. All that I think have I have mentioned so far have been opinions, personal views, and by definition. I have never quoted "the law" or anything remotely close to statutes.
I rarely mention my friends, but mostly focus on the complete stranger that I see or meet upon the road of life. You have read, probably read, the encounters and interactions that were between me and those strangers. I make no excuses and/or apologies..
I am not worried about what I say nor am I worried about what I talk about, in a manner of speaking. Since I do not talk (gossip) about my friends/coworkers - I have no worries about a friend/co-worker finding my blog out on the Internet. This is a public blog, which by choice readers (us blog authors have that authority to blogs Public or Private) and I have no reason(s) to make private. Most times when I should mention someone I know - it is vague to where that a particular reader(s) may identify him/herself in my blog.
Again - I am not talking about my everyday interactions with such and such person. I have more to talk about than people I know. I talk about my biking, running, events beyond the workplace and home. I am free to touch upon any subject that I would consider open and not be related to the people I know.
So, getting to the blogger I labeled the Ignorant Senor(ita). It was decided by the blogger this past week to make his/her blog private, because she/he has "reserve the right"to do this. So what. Is this Ignorant Senor(ita) thinking were are not as smart as her/him? Or we can not figure this out by deductive reasoning?
She/He writes about her/his past life, er love life, and let me tell you she/he can talk about the past. She/He says that they personally are over that love, but in reality she/he is not. She/he has kept all letters, IM's, pictures, etc. and writes about this and that and why and why not and then has the audacity to say she/he is over him/her. Clearly not. To be over someone you need to get rid some of that relationship stuff. I was actually waiting for her/him to say that they have a locket of that person's hair for remembrance.
The Ignorant Senor(ita) talks about other issues which I have commented on my blog and I have labeled Ignorant Senor(ita) as a label keyword search. Some of the things she/he says are pretty fucked up. Though you have to give her/him credit for being so young and hopefully naive - she/he is in twenties and has not experienced the world beyond the area she/he resides though that is an assumption from what I have read so far on the Ignorant Senor(ita)'s blog.
Now, getting to the last post she/he will make - the Ignorant Senor(ita) is giving us readers an ultimatum to either follow her/him or not. She/he has told us the reasons why and this will break a friendship if she/he does not make the blog private. Well, in my opinion, the Ignorant Senor(ita) needs to come off that throne and back down to the earth.
I am a bit sad since I will be unable to read her/his next fucked up view of the world and how it is not her/his fault. Or she/he will have " past love - part 50" and again that is pretty fucked up to talk about that a subject that long. Oh yes readers, the Ignorant Senor(ita) is well into part X and above. And the posts are getting longer and longer, and makes me wonder how much info did she/he keep about past loves (there is a lot of detail).
The Ignorant Senor(ita) was an inspiration to me on how fucked up being in your twenties is. Believe me I know myself since I was once in my twenties. I am not in a position nor would even consider telling what may be right and/or wrong. I just tell my view and opinion of what she/he did on the actions she/he did on my post.
Note: - Ignorant Senor(ita) - My readers will miss you and my analytical breakdown of your adventures you post
Additional Note: I already have a replacement in mind - His/her label is the Ignorant Biker.

Another Saturday Post
I have really nothing to blog about.
I did visit a particular blog before I started on my blog and I see that this person has another issue in their world.
I am not sure that I should even start with the topic, if it is one. Apparently this blogger can not get over the fact that when the blogger deletes a phone number from their cell phone this blogger must ask the other person for their phone number once more. Now, the other person in question has deleted this blogger's phone number from their cell phone also. For whatever reason - the reason is irrelevant.
Now, the blogger states that they ask for the other person's phone number once more because the blogger deleted the phone number from their cell phone for not being "friends" anymore. The blogger told the "truth" - in the bloggers's eyes - Da Truth. The blogger feels strongly that the other person should not lie and states that the other people usually say something to the effect that "oops I got a new phone and I lost your phone number." or some other "lie" according to this blogger.
Who in the fuck cares. Really. This particular blogger still thinks the world revolves around them. So the other person "lies" about losing the blogger's phone number on their cell phone. Who cares about that.
Hot Damn! If I had to get high and mighty about a lie told to me - this particular lie would be a pinprick of light in the whole universe. Really, does your view about a person who says they "lost" your phone number really matter? The lie I would worry about is when your friend(s) says they are too sick to go out and then by chance you hear/see them out on the town. Now, that would be something that I would be concerned about. But "lost your phone number"? Come on. Grow up. The blogger posted this was "Silly" and something about being political, but the truth of the matter it is fucking ridiculous.
This blogger felt it was a topic to post on, but in the whole fucking grand scheme of things the blogger is being fucking lazy once more! The blogger does not have the audacity to get a pen/pencil and write the phone number down in a notebook, diary, post it note, anything that the person can write on. And this leads to the blogger's friends with cell phone - they can not write the phone number(s) down? I guess you readers can probably guess the blogger's intelligence, age or inexperience in life. Take your pick.
As I just finished this post I am thinking about giving this particular blogger a name so I can reference the blogger without typing "this blogger" or "the author". Okay give me a few minutes... almost there... yeah... oh yeah... Got it. The Ignorant Senor(ita). I am even going to add this as a label and you can follow the points of topics that occur in this Ignorant Senor(ita)'s blog that I care to point out to you readers. Of course, this is not the first time I have questioned the blogger's posts. Now, you will able to click on the Ignorant Senor(ita) label and see all the past topics I have brought up.
And this past week I found out that the Amazing Race 12 - starts this Sunday. It's On! With my-coworker. Let the betting begin. "It's on!". Below are the teams for this season's race.
Kynt & Vyxsin
Jennifer & Nathan
Ronald & Christina
Shana & Jennifer
Azaria & Hendekea
Lorena & Jason
Nicolas & Donald
Ari & Staella
Marianna & Julia
Rachael & TK
Kate & Pat
In me and my co-worker's betting - there is no betting on the first episode. After that - it's on!

Mid month of Octobre
I have something to say, but I am out of time so I think I should be able to post later today...
... And I have returned. Here you go
There is a blog that I have been visiting off and on for the past month, I think. Some blogs catch my eye for the reasons that they would not catch your eye. So, I was about to give up on this blog when I see the author blogged about a birthday present and the "adventures" of the birthday present from point of origin until the present got picked up at the post office.
Ever since that blog post I have been paying attention to what this author was going to blog about. Now, a recent post has made me decide to blog about that author's post on my blog.
The Topic - Tipping. The author and partner when out with another couple to a restaurant. Long story short - When the bill came the bill was not split correctly. The author & partner and another person in their group got their dinner put all on the same bill.
The total bill came to 74.50
Readers I have done the math so nothing needs to be done by your TI calculator, the computer's calculator, the slide rule or the abacus.
I can even do the math even further for you the difference between the 15% and 18% tip is (2.23) and the difference between 15% and 20% tip is (3.73).
On the blog, the author states that the tip percentage would be about $ 15.00. Granted, I highly doubt that the author knew this at the restaurant. What? Why would I doubt this? The author is in the early 20's, and not the mathematical genius type. Believe me readers.
Now, when the author, partner and other person put the money together the total amount of cold hard cash they had among them was $ 88.00.
I have my graph, which I put in my blog, and you can see that the amount pooled together is above 18% tip marker and $ 1.40 below the 20 % tip amount.
But, oh no - the author blogged about the tip being not enough for the server. The author put all the money away and pulled out the debit card to pay for the dinner.
15 minutes later. Yes readers, 15 minutes later and those three are still waiting for the server to pick up the debit card to pay for dinner. 15 minutes! I could not believe this when I was reading this on the author's post. Damn. I get bent out of shape if the server is more than 5 minutes later with picking up the bill. There have been times that it has been longer than 5 minutes and at that point I get up and go find someone to find my server. I look for someone who looks like a manager, the hostess, or another server. Damn. 15 minutes! How fucked up is that for waiting that long and who in the fuck would wait that long in the first place?!
Oh yes readers, the author could not "see her" (her = the waitress) anywhere to wave her over to their table. Get the fuck out of here! The author nor the other three people in their party could not get out of their chairs. "So they sat. "Holy-Fucking-Shit! Yes readers, I quote the author's blog" So they sat" and the dinner party waited and talked. I am not sure if this sort of thing goes on with where the author lives, or the dinner party is ignorant, so to speak. I just do not know, except about the blogger and by the author's blog posts that I would expect this sort of thing from the author.
After waiting more than 15 minutes the author takes back the debit card gathers the cash back up and then leaves the cash on the table. The author felt she stiffed the server. Get the hell out of here. In closing of the author's blog, the author then mentions that one of the dinner guest was nagging for the past 15 minutes to leave the cash so they all could go...
To be Continued...
Until the next time

Fall has made a showing - September begins

I was reading a blog that was posted just recently and in a nutshell this person describes the trip to the Post Office and an undelivered package. As most of you readers know most bloggers have a link to leave a comment on the author's blog post. So one blogger did and the person who left a comment did not leave a "favorable" comment, in the eyes of the blogger's author.
You know I am in the same boat as that blogger who did not leave a "favorable comment" on the author's blog. Yes, it is too bad that the author had to stand in line, excuse me lines, at the Post Office. The author works 40 hours a week, goes to church, does not get home until after midnight, etc. So what.
I enjoyed reading the blogger's article on the adventure of the the package's history and Post offices trips and and yes I could relate and I did smile, but by no means did I give any sympathy to the author.
I enjoyed "the excuse of sleeping until 12:30!" on a Saturday. Mind you the package in question is for a significant other's birthday. Now, what would be more important? Picking up a package (the birthday present) on Saturday morning since the Post Office is either open til noon or 1 PM for your significant other or sleep in for yourself? The blogger was not going to go to the Post Office during the week - "picking up a package on the weekday was out of the question"
I am not here to condone the actions of the author or the person who left the comment on the author's blog. The comment was not hateful - it was telling the truth. The author may need to re-read about the posting the author did on the Unites States Postal Service. The author must take responsibility for getting the package itself. For example, if this package held some money I bet that the author would make every effort to pick up that package. I sure in the fuck would.
In the author's defense, I too, like to go out occasionally after my 40 hour week, but if something needs to be done on a Saturday morning and it can only be in the morning then I say sorry I can not go out tonight. Perhaps tomorrow night or next week. If you readers think life should be in your favor, you are sadly mistaken. Life is not easy nor will ever be just the way "you" want it.
The truth does hurt and actually hearing it from someone you do not know should be a wake up call on how you present yourself to other people that you do not know.
The US Open has gotten really interesting the past two days. But also the mighty have fallen - Poor Safin, Hewitt, Henman, Dementieva & Santoro. Two standout matches as of today - Blake vs Santoro. Then, the Epic battle 4 hours 44 minutes Radek Stepanek vs Novak Djokovic. Yes, I was able to see the match when I got home from work yesterday. Boo yah! That is Djokovic pictured, but does not even support the match that I heard and watched yesterday against Stepanek. What fucking rallies.
